I Recently Had Two Wisdom Teeth Removed Last Friday, The

I recently had two wisdom teeth removed last Friday, the upper left and the bottom right. The bottom right was going to be a challenge because he said it was near a nerve. I've been taking amoxicilin & Advil every so often for the bottom right portion because there's still throbbing dull pain down there and I have had a swollen right cheek with a hard lump on my jaw line that is no where near the incision site. I went to my oral surgeon to see if everything was ok but he said that it was just fine and that it will take time to heal up but it's irritating & I thought by day 5 things would be better but this bottom right side is giving me trouble. We thought it was dry socket but the oral surgeon said it wasn't & that I was impatient for the healing process. Is this hard lump on my jaw line normal ? When will it do away? Should I talk to a doctor instead? Im not sure what to do because my face is still a bit swollen and I have plans this weekend.
