I Recently Had Very Bad Swelling In My Feet And

I recently had very bad swelling in my feet and legs along with a diagnosis of high blood pressure which I have never had. I have also been having a shortness of breath when climbing stairs, etc. What kinds of things would come on suddenly like that.
