I Recently Had Went To The Bathroom, And Noticed A

I recently had went to the bathroom, and noticed a yellow like mucus in my stool. Recently i have been having a bloating like feeling in my lower stomach, minor constipation, and lack of appetite and energy. Is this a reason for concern, should i see a doctor?
