I Recently Has A Mammogram And Was Called Back For

I recently has a mammogram and was called back for ultrasound and spot compression. Although it may not be anything serious. I've recently been having sharp pains on both my breast. Could this be the cause of getting called back? I'm barely a b cup and am a little worried.
