I Recently Have Been Suffering From A Possibility Fungal/yeast Infection.

I recently have been suffering from a possibility fungal/yeast infection. I have had it since Last Wednesday, its external, around the vaginal area and anal area, the cream does seem to be quelling my symptoms, I just started nystatin I believe it's called, today. However in the analysts area it feels very moist, and when I wipe a dark yellow is coming out, a very small amount. I was wondering if it was due to the cream, or maybe the yeast infection. Please help!!
