I Recently Have Been Told I Have A Twisted Aorta

I recently have been told I have a twisted aorta and have been having acute onset of back pain and vision changes as well as heaviness in my chest and intercostal muscular spasams and also aching in my left shoulder, radial and wrist joints..all clasic signs of a BIG problem. Why then would my DR. perscribe NASIDS for my spasms?
