I recently have felt and seen a lump on my right collarbone just below my neck. The lump feels hard beneath the skin and does not move when I press on it. I have been experiencing some shoulder pain when I raise my right arm over my head for instance when pulling off a shirt over my head for the past two weeks. Any advice for me.
