I Recently Have Had A Sinus Infection, Stomach Flu, Pneumonia

I recently have had a sinus infection, stomach flu, pneumonia and bronchitis. I am finally getting well. however, over this whole illness (about a month now) I have had pain in my left leg, mainly at the tendon inside my leg by my pubic bone. can this be caused by the illness?
