I Recently Have Had Chest Pain In The Lower Left

I recently have had chest pain in the lower left side and top, it sometimes spreads to the right too. It doesn't hurt all that bad, but enough to irritate me and I was wondering if it could be from heartburn or my anxiety, it only last a few seconds but can last more than minute. Do you know what's causing this?
