I Recently Have Had My Liver Tested In A Common

I recently have had my liver tested in a common physical...the findings were my ast was 40, and my alt 36, and my GGT was 120!! Alp 101. I am scheduled for a sonogram...are these numbers worrisome? My bilirubin and other test were in normal range. I recently gained 25 in 8 months and it is hard to lose weight. I also have hypothyroid but that is under control... what to do...what to expect.
