I Recently Have Had Pain In My Lower Back, I

I recently have had pain in my lower back, I think from lifting something that was quite heavy. I took my Dexamethosone ( 8mg ) this morning and have decided to try Aleve instead of the Advil I have been taking.
Is there any problem with taking both in one day and if not, how much Aleve should I take? I am a female who is almost 79 years old.
