I Recently Have Laryngitis And Was Hospitalized When My Throats

I recently have laryngitis and was hospitalized when my throats closed. There I had antibiotics by I've and followed with oral antibiotics. However one week later my ENT discovered ulcers on my pharynx and put me on acyclovir and amoxicillin.
My question is. Why are my shoulders killing me???? So weird
