I Recently Hit My Head (Front Left Side), The Impact

I recently hit my head (Front Left side), the impact hurt but I thought little of it. Later however the nostril on the side of the head I hit felt odd.The next day in the morning I was nausea and vomited. I now experience intermittent pain in back of my head on the left side. Sharp intakes of breath cause extreme pain in the area and a slightly disoriented feeling
