I Recently Hit My Head, Causing A Mild Concussion. Will

I recently hit my head, causing a mild concussion. Will using dip (chewing tobacco) have a negative effect on my health? I packed a lip of tobacco and felt a "buzz" for the first time in years. I assume this is because of the concussion, and was curious if this was dangerous. Thank you
