I Recently Injected 40cc Of Meth Into The Vein Running

I recently injected 40cc of meth into the vein running from thumb down side of wrist. I pulled back blood twice but never felt the effects of it. And even though it never started burning while injecting the whole wrist is swollen and hand is numb should I apply heat or cold and should I massage,apply pressure, or move it around.
