I Recently Notice A Swollen Blood Vessel In My Right

I recently notice a swollen blood vessel in my right armpit. There is no pain and no loss of motion. I am a 68 year old male who has never had a heart attack or stroke, I suffer from osteo arthritis and have had both knees and my left shoulder replaced. I have had two back operations, one because of stenosis and then placement of rods and screws in four places. I take a pill twice daily for mildly elevated blood pressure which controls it at around 120/78. I take a statin drug and narco 5-325 as needed for pain as well as a muscle relaxer one or two times a day.
