I Recently Noticed I Lactate After Squeezing My Breasts, And

I recently noticed I lactate after squeezing my breasts, and this started after using a particular bra that is tight and the breast started itching me. The itching has stopped but I still lactate. I have also had a three weeks abortion 8years ago and after the abortion I did not notice any laction till recently. What could be wrong and what could be the solution?.it is getting me worried. Pls help
