I Recently Noticed A Fairly Large But Soft Fluid Filled

I recently noticed a fairly large but soft fluid filled sac right at the opening to my anus and was wondering what it was? I've read a lot about hemorrhoids but don't fit any of the conditions seemingly. I'm very fit and do lift weights, but I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and go to the bathroom regularly and without straining. I've gotten one or two in the past that went away quickly but this one seems bigger and has some discomfort associated with it. There has only been a tiny bit of bleeding but I associate that with the aggravation from wiping. It does not hurt at all when I go to the bathroom and it is flesh colored. Can anybody help?
