I Recently Noticed A Small Bump In My Lower Region

I recently noticed a small bump in my lower region (I'm a female) and it has appeared in the past but gone away within a week. It has now just reappeared, and slightly hurts when pressure is applied, but is painless when it's not touched. Is this anything I should be worried out?
