I Recently Noticed That My Hair Was Thinning And In

I recently noticed that my hair was thinning and in the last few days noticed my breasts are swollen and tender to touch. I had a hysterectomy about 16 years ago and am currently taking estradiol 1.5 mg daily. I still have my ovaries but I was tested several years ago and was going into menopause early. I just had a mammogram on Friday but the hair loss and now swollen tender breasts make me wonder about my hormones. Thoughts ? I am under an unusual amount of stress as I am moving 17 hours away in a few weeks also
