I Recently, Over The Past Two Weeks That A Rib

I recently, over the past two weeks that a rib on the right side of my chest seems to have slipped forward and sticks out . It continues across the middle of chest which is swollen. There is bruising at the bottom of the swelled part. Very painful. Been to e.r. Twice but they keep checking to see if im having a heart attack. I've had the first cervical rib removed during a brachial plexus surgery. I also had the bottom rib on the back right side taken out for kidney donatiom. Before its always justbeen one little section and the chiropractor used to pop it back into place but this is way beyond that
