I Recently Passed Out Due To Dehydration Must Have Hit

I recently passed out due to dehydration must have hit back of head and had to get 9 stitches now I have a black eye and I my neck and shoulders hurt.... The pain in neck has gotten better over the past two days and black eye has been fading a little bit I am wondering if I had a concussion the doctor said ct scan was fine.... Should I be worried at all
