I Recently Passed Out When Drinking Pop And Busted My

I recently passed out when drinking pop and busted my head. Now I have a constant stomach pain and it seems swollen. They said I passed out from severe pain but they said its normal. Now two later the stomach and back pain is unbearable is this really normal
