I Recently Purchased Forskolin But Have Not Started Using It.

I recently purchased Forskolin but have not started using it. I hear it can be beneficial for asthma - which I have - and weight loss which I want! I am curious about the dose and whether or not it is safe to take with Aleve or Ibuprofen which I take every so often...ok, well more often than not...just not every day.
