I Recently Retracted My Foreskin To The Max. Then It

I recently retracted my foreskin to the max. Then it was stuck behind my glans for a day. Then after few research i got to know that it wasnt supposed to be held behind. So, with a help of coconut oil i pulled it back. Before pulling it back i did not find any symptoms of having paraphmosis. I had my urinary system working perfectly, not pain or blood clot. For your info, im a 16 year old having a uncircumcised penis. But after pulling it back, i have a something like a blood clot. It is red in the tip of the foreskin. So that i cannot retract my foreskin again. It blocks, is this normal, i am really worried, help
