I Recently Returned From Jamaica And Have What I Think

I recently returned from Jamaica and have what i think is some form of dermatitis. I have bumpy, ithcy areas on my shins, shoulders and neck. My face has some spots like these as well as dry, patchy areas. I don't know if it is a reaction to the sun or a combination of reaction to sun and sunscreen. Is there any reason I should be concered that it is anything other than dermatitis
