I Recently Returned From A European Trip And Contracted A

I recently returned from a European trip and contracted a major cold & bronchial infection. I eventually got over that however, I nam now suffering from extremely pain in my right ear with shooting pains down my neck. I also have a very dry cough with a tightness of the chest!!
