I Recently Saw My PCP And Had A Blood Test

I recently saw my PCP and had a blood test done for all sorts of things including STDS. There were no STDs or deficiencies detected. I mentioned to my doctor that I noticed a Flesh/red colored sore on my Labia minora and showed it to her. Upon doing so she told me she didn't have me tested for herpes and I'm LOSING my mind. She examined it and stated that it didn't resemble the "usual" lesions that you get when you have the h1 or h2 virus, it more so looked like a follicle that's infected.
I have minimal unprotected at times with my boyfriend. I'm afraid I may have possibly gotten it from him perhaps??

The sore is not pussy or very painful, just a bit itchy and irritated since I have been bothering.

It is the size of a small bead and I can feel it burn upon Urinating.
There are no other bumps or lesions on my Labia.

Note: I was recently diagnosed with both BV and a yeast infection (all STD/HIV TEST NEGATIVE).
My lymph nodes are swollen and I feel extremely tired. I am atopic and have had tonsil issues forever however.
I went and got tested for herpes today and can't relax. Please help!!
