I Recently Started Having Pain In The Mid Calavicular Area

I recently started having pain in the mid calavicular area when I yawn. the more intense the yawn the more the pain. palpation of the area is not painful. Contracting the muscles in the area is mildly painful. What might cause this? No recent trauma
