I Recently Started Having Vision Issues. My Optometrist Said I

I recently started having vision issues. My Optometrist said I am far sighted now (need to use reading glasses). An Ophthalmologist said the same. My neurologist said it is anxiety. Well, today, it's worse. Blurred vision without the glasses, and I've had shakey hands. I am a male who is 29 years old.
