I Recently Started Taking Benicar & Hydrochlorot For High Blood

I recently started taking Benicar & Hydrochlorot for high blood pressure. I now have dry patches on my cheeks that flake and no matter what type of moisturizer I use it doesn't heal.I had taken the Hydrochlorot with Amlodipene (sp?) prior to switching to the Benicar and did not have this problem. What's the best way to heal my dry flaky cheeks?
