I Recently Started Taking Rosuvastatin - I Have An Itch

I recently started taking Rosuvastatin - I have an itch over most of my body - I have had chest pain and difficulty sleeping - it is possible that these are side effects of the medication? I stopped the meds
for one week and the itch decreased. I started it again last night - the itching started again today, Are there any contraindications with this medication?
