I Recently Started Taking Cymbalta For Neuropathy Pain. I Have

I recently started taking cymbalta for neuropathy pain. I have taken it for ten days. It helps the pain so much but I have been sick in bed for 3 days with severe Nassau. Is this from cymbalta? I take tramadol and seroquel to sleep also but only sole 3 or so hours a night.
