I recently started to use ice packs on my abdominal area. Probably for 45 minutes to an hour, three times a week. After 30 to 45 days, I actually notice some definite change. I have read many articles regarding cold therapy, with mixed opinions on the results. But for me, it seems to work. Not huge reductions, but enough to notice. The only issue, besides being very cold, is some soreness on the targeted areas, which goes away after a few days. I want to continue, because it does work for me. It might take 6 to 8 months to see extreme results, but it isn't really that inconvenient. My only question is, am I doing any long term damage to myself. I don't think frostbite is an issue. Not that cold and too long. Thanks
