I Recently Started With A Burning Sensation In The Area

I recently started with a burning sensation in the area of my nipples. I thought it was from going to the gym and not wearing a sports bra. I have not gone to the gym in a few weeks, but am still experiencing this discomfort. There isn't any redness or drainage or swollen, almost feels like they are chafed, but they are not.
