I Recently Starting Noticing Blood In My Stool And Even

I recently starting noticing blood in my stool and even just blood on my tissue after peeing and wiping my backside but it seems to only happen after I eat pork is this normal hemorrhoids or a sign of cancer? I've never really had regular BMS but also don't have a very clean diet I recently tried doing a cleanse and eating clean but that seemed to make my BMS even less regular
