I Recently Tested Negative For STD'S Although I Notice Their

I recently tested negative for STD'S Although I notice their is a presence of some form of a (bacteria? ) in my semen that resembles a long tightly wound spring? I ALSO SUFFER FROM FREQUENT URINARY TRACT INFECTIONS caused from a bout with kidney stones and catheter . I am a male 53 yrs. old. Any suggestions? Thankyou.
