I Recently Think I Had Food Poisoning. I Threw Up

I recently think I had food poisoning. I threw up viciously 3 times and had diarrhea about 12 times. Since then I have been burping way more than normal, even when I haven't ate and I am having numerous different pains throughout my body. Right now its my lower right pelvic area. I noticed today when I sit down, I feel like I did when I was pregnant. Like everything is being pushed up into my ribs. I also don't ever feel hungry, but my stomach does growl with a lot of gurgle noises throughout the day also
