I Recently Took 4 Pregnancy Test. I Had It In

I recently took 4 pregnancy test. I had it in a pattern positive negative positives negative. Now I have noticed veins all are showing up in my boobs I am super tired all the time and my mood swings are terrible. Along with some cramp type feelings my right pr left side mainly on my left. And i feel like i can smell everything. Could I be pregnant?
