I Recently Took A Blood Test And Came Back Positive

I recently took a blood test and came back positive that I wasn't pregnant due to scheduling I have not been to the dr I am currently taking 25mg toprol. The past several weeks I have felt pregnant bloated, cravings, sick, and even felt the baby moving slightly. Starting yesterday I barely felt the baby move at all and didn't feel as bloated. Today I have not felt the baby move at all, I haven't felt bloated, I haven't felt sick and for the first time in a couple months was able to finish a meal
