I Recently Took A Four Day Round Of Augmentin For

I recently took a four day round of augmentin for a UTI. I finished the medicine last night. I begin having a low grade fever with chills last night. They have returned tonight. Could this be a side effect of the medicine? I have no other symptoms except the slight fever, chills and shaking? Was wondering if I need to contact my physician tomorrow.
