I Recently Traveled To Dominican Republic And Got A Bacterial

I recently traveled to Dominican Republic and got a bacterial infection in my ear. I went to the resort hospital to have it flushed as well as got antibiotic drops. It went away, but now I have a very mild ache as well as feel it slowly clogging again. I still have the drops, but was wondering what I can do, if anything to flush it? When they flushed it tons of stuff came out and I immediately felt better
