I Recently Tried Marijuana For The First Time, It Was

I recently tried marijuana for the first time, it was a little over two weeks ago. I am an 18 year old female attending a university in Louisiana. If I go im in the next couple of days to get my annual gynecology appt and test for stds, they will of course ask that I preform a pregnancy test via a urine sample. Will the THC at ALL be detected in this pregnancy test or the tests from the paphsmere (to check for stds)? If so, will I get into legal trouble or trouble with my university? Will it be on a record?
