I Recently Tripped And Feel In My Classroom Couldn't Get

I recently tripped and feel in my classroom couldn't get my hands out there fast enough so the bridge of nose took some of the force. I don't see any bruising a=or swelling but it is very tender to the touch and I feel pressure in that area. Some pain and I also really feel the preasure when I lay down. Do I need to see my doctor or is this normal and I just need to let it take its course?
