I Recently Used The Clearasil Acne Treatment Cream With 10%

I recently used the clearasil acne treatment cream with 10% benzoyl peroxide. A few minutes after I put it on my skin turned red and it is burning. I used the same product a few days ago and I was fine. I have a job interview tomorrow and I really need the red patches to go away. What should I do to make them go away?
