I Recently Was Bitten By White Flies. The Itching Is

I recently was bitten by white flies. The itching is gone but my skin around the sore is peeling badly. I had a spot about the size of a quarter and now my skin peeled 5 times the size. Been using antibioc cream. You is my skin peeling and what can I use to help heal it quicker?
