I Recently Was Diagnosed With A Right Upper Lung Nodule

I recently was diagnosed with a right upper lung nodule which has grown from 1cm to ? in 3 months. Also,
3mos ago showed what was said to be groundglass in mid right lung and 3 mos later shows that it is at the bottom of right lung and some in bottom of left lung. Could this be an infection or inflammation. Also, only since I found out this info on Thursday have been experiencing mid back pain. Is this just my mind being crazy or should I contact the doctor. No coughing or shortness of breath now or before these issues coming up
