I Recently Was Diagnosed With A Tumor In My Bottom

I recently was diagnosed with a tumor in my bottom lobe of my left lung.The cancer is Adenocarsinoma and I had a pet scan and none of my lymph nodes showed any bright color but the tumor in my left long was slightly brighter and also on my left top of my hip I had a little spot . I am set up to have a biopsy on my hip and I was wondering if you would happen to know why that would be showing up on my hip and not in any of my lymph nodes
