I Recently Was In An Altercation, Immediately After I Felt

I recently was in an altercation, immediately after I felt the need to throw up and shortly after I started bleeding vaginally, the blood is dark in color almost black. The bleeding has continued for two days after and my last period was under two weeks ago. Is this cause for concern?
