I Recently Was In The ER For Stomach Pains About

I recently was in the ER for stomach pains about 4 weeks ago and turned out I have a UTI from chlamydia and they were preventing me from a PID so They gave me an antibiotic shot in my lower hip, and 2 different types of antibiotic. I had unprotected sex including oral 12 days into finishing my antibiotics.i read it was okay to have sex 7 days after medicines which is why I thought it was okay, but the more I read the more I get scared. Could it affect my treatment or could it affect my partner ? Any help would be amazing! I've been so nervous.
